Construction was started in 1888 on this Gothic-style Victorian building, which was the original Langhorne Library. It was the first public building in Bucks County Pennsylvania, lit by electricity. It is now listed on the US National Registry of Historic Places.
The building is now the headquarters of the Historic Langhorne Association, and is still open to the public as a research library and museum.
