Artist's Description
It had been raining heavily for the past few days. As I walked through the cemetery, I noticed an open grave with a burial vault sitting next to it. The rain water on the Cross reminded me of tears shed for the recently deceased.
Jesus died on the Cross for all of us to be forgiven of our sins. All we have to do to accept His gift, is to repent of our sins and ask him to be our Lord and Savior.
The original photo was taken in color, but I thought black and white felt more appropriate.
