Artist's Description
It had been raining early on the morning of 1/4/2020, and a heavy fog had settled over this area in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. I was thrilled, because it's the first fog of the new decade! I grabbed my gear and headed to the lake.
As I approached the dock, I saw kayaks heading out onto the lake. But within moments, they had disappeared into the fog. It was an eerie feeling hearing them, but not being able to see anything on the lake. So I tried to portray the feeling of looking into the abyss! I think this does.
