Campbell's Covered Bridge, built in 1909, is significant for its role in transportation in early twentieth century Greenville County and as an excellent intact example of a Howe truss covered bridge, the only surviving covered bridge in the state. The white supports make the bridge look like it's leaning, even though it is not.

The 38 foot long, 12 foot wide pine structure that spans Beaverdam Creek was built by Charles Irwin Willis. The bridge is named for Alexander Lafayette Campbell who operated the grist mill just downstream of the bridge.
